Standard Apartments
Standard apartments are located in the ground floor. Each standard apartment is a double room, with its own entrance and consists of:
- a separate bedroom with two spacious single beds next to each other or one double bed, fully equipped and with a safe-box and clothes iron
- a living room with another spacious single bed and a double couch that can turn into two beds. The living room also hosts a modern kitchen, complete with two ceramic or metal heating elements able to cook small meals, a refrigerator, extractor hood, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster and kitchenware, as well as a dining area for 4. A slim, 32″ LED TV complements the space and there is also free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning
- a private bathroom with a shower cabin, towels and a hairdryer
- a private balcony with unobstructed view to the garden, mount Ypsarion and surrounding area.
Standard apartments are ideal for accommodating 4 or 5-membered families, with a slight extra charge for the fifth person, upon request to the hotel management.
Superior Apartments
Superior apartments in the upper floor. Each superior apartment is also a double room, with its own entrance and consists of:
- a separate bedroom with one spacious double bed, fully equipped and with a safe-box and clothes iron
- a living room with another spacious single bed and a double couch that can turn into two beds. The living room also hosts a modern kitchen, complete with two ceramic or metal heating elements able to cook small meals, a refrigerator, extractor hood, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster and kitchenware, as well as a dining area for 4. A slim, 32″ LED TV complements the space and there is also free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning
- a private bathroom with a shower cabin, towels and a hairdryer
- a private balcony and a very large roofed terrace with elevated and unobstructed view to the garden, mount Ypsarion and surrounding area.

Single room Studios
Nereids features single room studios that are suitable for the accommodation of 2 people.
Each studio consists of a bedroom with two spacious single beds next to each other, along with all the necessary furniture, safe-box and clothes iron, and also a kitchenette with two metal heating elements suitable for cooking small meals, an extractor hood, refrigerator, kitchenware, water boiler, coffee maker and toaster.
There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin, towels and hair dryer. Studios are also air-conditioned, with a slim 32″ LED TV and free Wi-Fi.
They are on the ground floor, easy to access via a ramp and they open to a patio with ample view.
Double room Studios
Nereids also features two studios located in the semibasement of the complex, which are airy and bright. They are breezy and very enjoyable during the hotter days of summer and ideal for people with a sensitivity to air-conditioning.
They consist of a bedroom with 2 spacious single beds next to each other and all other necessary furniture, a safe-box and clothes iron and a living room with one couch, which can turn into two single beds. A modern screen made of aluminium and glass seperates the bedroom from the living room, instead of a wall.
Hosted in the living room is the kitchen, offering two metal heating elements able to cook small meals, an extractor hood, refrigerator, kitchenware, water boiler, coffee maker and toaster, as well as a dining area for 4.
The private bathroom features a shower cabin, towels and a hair dryer. A slim 32″ LED television, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, all complement the equipment of the new studios, which also have their own spot in the garden for a table and chairs.
Even though these studios can accommodate a family of 4, they are offered at a very advantageous price.

TV
In each apartment and studio there is a slim 32-inch LED TV to make your stay more enjoyable.
Wi Fi
Free wireless access to Wi-Fi both in the apartments and outdoors.
Private Bathroom
Each apartment/ studio has a private bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer.
Kitchenette
All the apartments and studios have a fully equipped kitchenette that suit your needs.
Parking
There is a 24-hour parking space enough for all the vehicles of all the apartments next to the house.
Cleaning
Daily cleaning of the rooms and regular change (every 3 days) of linen and towels.
How to make a reservation?

BOOKING INFORMATIONS
Here you will find useful information about reservations and Nereids’ booking procedures.
What is the amount of the prepayment?
For the reservation to be valid, an advance of 25% of the total cost of the reservation must be deposited in a bank account we will provide you with.
When is the repayment made?
The rest 75% of the amount, will be payed upon arrival at the hotel.
Note: For refunding, you have to cancel your reservation at least 21 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Request
If the cancellation notice is made 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded.
Note: Return costs are charged to the customer.
